2. Description of Service

SendSignatures provides an online platform for creating, customizing, and hosting professional email signatures. Our Service includes:

• Email signature design tools and templates
• Image hosting for logos and photos (Pro plans)
• QR code generation for contact sharing (Pro plans)
• Social media link integration (Pro plans)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

Free Plan

The Free plan provides basic signature creation features at no cost.

Paid Plans

Pro (R450) and Team (R2,500) plans are once-off payments that provide lifetime access to premium features. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by SendSignatures and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, photos, text). By uploading content, you grant us a license to host and display it as part of your email signature.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendSignatures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
